God is our Hope and Strength

These are difficult days for us all. There was a terrible tragedy this week, and we have been denied our chance to grieve for the young man whose life was so horribly ended. I am having many problems coming to terms with why this is happening, but thankfully we have wise members in our church who are helping me through the confusion. As Chad and I looked forward to next Sunday's service, I realized how poignant next Sunday's Psalm is. Psalm 46 - "God is our Hope and Strength" - just seems to bring it all back into perspective.
